Born in the Ile-de-France region around Paris in the early 1980s, Fred Bellot (SYR) is a French graffiti artist who lives and works in the outskirts of Paris. 

Fred discovered at a young age he was creative and had a talent for drawing, painting, collage and graphic design. In the mid-1990s, he started spray painting in the local area where he lived. After years of being an underground street artist, he stopped painting for numerous reasons. 

In 2015, he returned to his main pleasure of painting with acrylic and spray and letting his creative imagination express itself freely.  SYR is a multi-talented and technical artist. His work is inspired by prominent graffiti artists like COPE2, SEEN and C215, and his style is identified as Street Art Vandal (SAV).
