1.  What type and style of artwork do we sell?


We sell unique, 1-of-a-kind pieces of contemporary art expressed by some amazingly creative and gifted artists worldwide. Most of our artwork is expressed and delivered onto canvas and occasionally on other surfaces like board or paper. We currently specialize in Abstract Art, Modern Art and Graffiti Art styles and do not sell any prints or any mass-produced copies of artwork of any kind. 

2. Are the artworks framed, or are the canvases stretched and ready for display? 

Many of the artworks we sell are sold as just artwork only. Most are expressed on canvas, with occasional pieces on paper or board. Some artwork will already come framed, and some canvasses have already been stretched onto stretcher bars and will be ready to display when receiving them. All artwork product listings will specifically advise what type of surface the artwork is on. It will also state whether the piece is being sold as just the artwork only, whether sold with a frame or if the canvas is on a stretcher. 


3.  How quickly do we dispatch items after purchasing?

We aim to have your purchased item(s) dispatched for delivery within 3 working days after the sale confirmation and no later than 5 working days. If there is any further delay in dispatching your item past this period, it will be communicated directly to you to confirm and ensure you are still happy with the purchase and delay. 4.  How long will it take for the purchased item to be delivered?

If you live in the UK, we aim to have your item(s) delivered within 7 days. If you live in Europe/EU, we aim to have your items delivered within 7-14 days. For the rest of the world, we aim to have your items delivered within 14-21 days. For any items shipped internationally, it is possible delays could be experienced as we do not control the speed or efficiency of items passing through the customs export/import process. 

5.  Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can track your delivery using the courier tracking reference you will receive once your item is shipped.

6.  Are the artworks being shipped directly from Arts with Attitude or from the Artist?

All artworks available for purchase via the Arts with Attitude online store are directly and solely owned by us and are in stock at our secure storage facilities. All artworks will be shipped directly from us, and we organise the shipping process to have the item delivered to you quickly and efficiently.

7. What type of packaging do we use? 

We specifically use ecological materials when packaging your items. All of our packaging products are made from recycled materials, are easy to recycle and are biodegradable. We even use kraft paper tape to reduce our use of plastics. Unframed artwork will be sent in a rigid tube or equivalent and framed artwork will be sent in an appropriate size picture frame box to protect the items as best as possible.

8.  What happens if my item is not delivered when expected or does not arrive?

If your item is not delivered when expected, first check the status of your item delivery tracking number. If the delivery has a delay, it is likely a brief delay and will be delivered shortly after. If your item appears to have been lost in transit or does not arrive on time (within reason), contact us so we can enquire and resolve the scenario with the relevant courier company.

9.  What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you have the right to return the item and receive a full refund. You have a 30-day period where you have the right to reject the item if received damaged or if the item arrives and is different to how described on the product listing. If you are eligible to return the item and receive a refund, it will be sent back to you within 14 days of when Arts with Attitude confirms and agrees you are entitled to a refund. Refund payments will be returned to the person who purchased via the same payment method originally transacted. Please see our Returns information and our Terms of Use

10.  Can I return my item?

If you are unhappy with your item after receiving it, you can return it and receive a full refund. You have up to 14 days after the day you receive it to notify us that you want to cancel the purchase and return the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer in this case. For EU and international customers, you will also have to cover the costs of any import customs duties & taxes, along with the return shipping costs. Refunds will return no later than 14 days after the item receipt, assuming it is in the same saleable condition as when sent after purchase. Please see our Returns information and our Terms of Use

11.  Which payment methods can I use when buying from your website?

You can make payments using various payment methods. We accept card payments for customers using:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro, Discover, Diners, JCB, CartesBancaires and ChinaUnionPay. We also accept payments made by Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We can also accept payments made by Bank Transfer, but only if you contact us first to notify us of your intention to pay by this method and for which product item. 12.  Are my payments protected?

We use a PCI-DSS compliant payment processing solution provider that is accredited as a Level 1 service provider and merchant. Offering secure on-site and in-app checkout with HTTPS/TLS data encryption, common fraud attack prevention and 3D Secure 2 authentication for EU card payments.

13. What countries do you accept payments from and will ship items to?

We accept payments and can ship items to countries worldwide. Contact us if you have any queries. 

14. Do Arts with Attitude offer framing services?

Yes, Arts with Attitude can provide framing services. If you have purchased (or want to) a piece of artwork from our site that is either unframed or unstretched, we can provide framing services so you can receive your artwork ready to display. We work with local framing specialists providing this service to help ensure each bespoke frame is created to your specification and expertly crafted and finished to help showcase your artwork in the best possible way. If you want your art framed, contact us before or soon after purchasing, and we will respond to discuss the options. Please see our Framing Services information for details.

15.  Can I organise my own specialist to frame my artwork after purchasing?

Yes, you can use your framing specialist to have your artwork framed after purchasing. If you have a favoured or local specialist you would prefer to use to have your art framed, that is fine by us. We highly recommend using a professionally recognized specialist, as we want you to have the best outcome when coming to display your artwork.

16.  Can I view the artwork I want to purchase in person?

Arts with Attitude is an online business, and for many of our customers, it is not possible to view our available artwork before you purchase it. We provide a comprehensive returns policy as you are buying from an online sales outlet, so rest assured you can return the item if you are not happy with it when it arrives.
However, our company is based in West Oxfordshire, England (UK). So it is possible for customers located around this area who would prefer to view our artwork in person before purchasing. Contact us to discuss your interest in a personal viewing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request by appointment only.


17.  Do you have any shop premises where you showcase artwork for sale? 

We do not have any physical shop premises currently where we showcase our artwork for sale. Our business has an online prominence while we continue to grow our customer base and expand our brand awareness. We are considering opening physical stores in the future if it will improve our customer interaction and satisfaction rates. 

18.  Do you showcase artwork at art exhibitions, galleries or 'pop-up' venues? 

We are always interested in the opportunity to showcase our artwork at appealing events and venues and will consider interesting scenarios and partnerships for it. If you would like notification of our events and other activities, please subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on our social media channels so we can keep you informed. 19.  Do you work with promising and established Artists who do not currently feature in your store? 

Yes, absolutely! We are always enthusiastic to hear from and work with exciting and talented Artists', whose unique style and character align with what Arts with Attitude represents. Contact us and allow us the opportunity to learn about you and your profile and view your artistic creativity.

20.  Do you supply Artwork to business customers? 

We, we can supply Artwork services to companies like yours. We would be pleased to work closely with you to fulfil your requirements and provide you with a unique and stunning selection of artwork to display around your business premises.
