Born in the mid-1990s, Matias Machado (Reyes) is a French artist originally from Bordeaux. He now lives and works in the Alicante region of Spain.
From a young age, Matias was involved in the underground graffiti movement in Bordeaux, spraying the streets, highways and trains and refining and evolving his style and technique.
Influenced by the street art of the New York scene, combined with more traditional and classic styles and techniques, he likes to mix genres and periods to reflect his taste and mood. He uses aerosols, acrylic, markers, and airbrushes and uses vivid and bright colours, aiming to promote the image of graffiti to the public in a positive and visually impactful way.
His success has led him to showcase his work at a solo exhibition in Bordeaux, and his work is currently being showcased at numerous galleries across Europe.
