Born in the North of the Netherlands, Linda Moerland still lives and paints in Schagen. She teaches art privately and with a focus on international art excursions. 

Linda founded the Art and Education Centre called "Atelier Da'Lin" in 2008, a creative hub for artists and enthusiasts to congregate, share, and develop their creativity. 

She is an artist specialising in contemporary art and known for her bold combination of figurative and abstract art. Heavily inspired by art history, photography, feminism and street art, Linda works in traditional ways involving paintbrush and canvas but also likes to experiment with different mediums, techniques and methodology to leave a diverse mix of modern and contemporary art driven by adventurous innovation. 

Her success has led her to exhibit her work in New York (US), Spain, Iceland, Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
